Journey Continues

Thanks for all the support and helping me complete another race wearing the Stroke No Limits badge proud. Speaking with Dad over the last few weeks as been hard now living further away but we have set more goals to achieve together.

Now Dad writes to be daily making a daily practice of sending me a text message or email to keep me updated on what he is up to along with the daily practice of reading and write to keep his mind stimulated to help his speech and be able to retain more.

So the journey continues and he is continuing to push for greatness, making the most of what he can do !!
